Monsoon Weave specialises in beautiful and unique fabrics from India. We are a boutique online fabric shop based in Australia with a unique range of Indian fabric made by hand! Our range of fabric yardage extends to silk wall hangings, Indian block prints, crewel, vintage fabrics, dressmaking and sewing fabric. We are intrigued and amazed that these intricate Indian fabrics are hand block printed and hand embroidered, and are dedicated to enlightening the first world to the skill and artistry of these wonderful textile arts before the skills are lost to the world of mass production. Monsoon Weave is passionate about hand block printed and hand embroidered fabrics, and supporting rural village communities and artisans to rebuild their traditional textile industries in order to protect their heritage, identity and culture.
